Andrea’s Crockpot Chicken Tetrazinni. I did modify it a bit and used edamame “pasta” instead of spaghetti noodles. I’m trying to cut carbs wherever I can. It still tastes delicious!

Belize. Some friends recently got back from a cruise (with a stop in Belize) so that got me to thinking about my study abroad trip back in 2005.
