|What I’m Eating This Week…| – Shay’s Pineapple Lime Chicken. I did change it up a little bit because I am trying to eat less carbs so I put it on lettuce instead of a tostada. I also tried guacamole salsa instead of guacamole (only because the guacamole salsa sounded interesting LOL). It is good! – Black Bean & Corn Salsa Chicken salad. Basically it is a salad assembled like usual, but with shredded chicken and black bean & corn salsa on top.
|What I’m Reminiscing About…| Summer 2012: San Diego, CA & Folly Beach, SC
|What I’m Loving…| * This water bottle and these earbuds for running. – My mom got the bottle (in a different color) first and once I found out that it really does keep water (or any cold drink) cold for 12 hours, I had to get one! – The earbuds were a recommendation from a Facebook friend/former co-worker and they are really great. They can handle the sweat! I like that they do stay in my ear and, if I don’t want to wear both ear buds (I run in town so I feel like I need to “hear” the traffic), I can “hook” one of the earbuds on my shirt and it stays while I run. I am so glad I got them!
