“Share 4” Saturday [7.26.25]

It’s the last Saturday of the month! It’s time for the “bonus” Saturday post! I’m linking up with Jennifer from My Joyful Life. She hosts the link-up every last Saturday.

Now, let’s get to what we are here for: some things I loved, some things I learned, some things that went well & some things I let go of.

LOVED

Celebrating my mom’s birthday (which is July 4th)

July 4th. Our church hosted a community outreach with food, live music, testimonies, and fellowship.

Slugburger Festival

LEARNED

I learned that British Airways will completely get rid of a flight, put you on an earlier flight, and then expect you to make a 20-minute connection. Ok, so maybe this is common, but it has never happened to us before. Needless to say, we cancelled everything and started over, but thankfully, it seems to have worked out better for us 🙂

WENT WELL

Re-booking flights to Italy, thankfully, went well. It was extremely nerve-wracking for a little bit. But, we were able to get a complete refund from American (who we booked through) and British (for our seat selections), so all is well!

LET GO OF

I am trying to let go of attempting to do “all the things” at once. I think the problem is prioritizing LOL. I almost always have a lot to do, and I try to do it all at once. Then, if I can’t keep the plates spinning, it stresses me. I’m working on it, though!
