Books That Live in My Head Rent-Free

Our topic for this week is: books that live in my head rent-free. Some books we read stick in our minds, for both good and bad reasons. I have many, but decided to do the first five that come to mind, so this week, it is Top Five Tuesday.

1. The Battle of the Bookshops – Poppy Alexander

It is just a cute little story about love and bookshops, and it is set in England.

2. Of Mice and Men – John Steinbeck

…and it isn’t for a good reason. I am still mad about the ending. It should be paying rent

3. The Woman in the Green Dress – Tea Cooper

It is a very well-written story about a mysterious green dress.

4. The Rose Code – Kate Quinn

It is about how women helped decode messages during WWII.

5. The Last Thing He Told Me – Laura Dave
