What’s Up Wednesday :: OCTOBER 2021

It’s the last Wednesday of the month, it’s time for linking up with Shaeffer & Shay for What’s Up Wednesday!              
                                    


|What I’m Eating…|
       Beef & Broccoli Red Curry (I used one red, one orange, and one yellow bell
       pepper; and did not use basil leaves. Also, instead of rice, I used riced
       cauliflower or white quinoa).

       


|What I’m Reminiscing About…| 

      for my 2nd trip)

|What I’m Loving…| 

       it is FINALLY long-sleeve and hoodie weather!!

|What I’ve Been Up To…|    

       running a 25K trail run; coordinating a 5K run; packing for Universal trip #2
       
        

|What I’m Dreading…|
         nothing! It’s my favorite time of year! 

         


|What I’m Working On…|  
        planning out how to decorate, but cat-proof, the Christmas tree this year. Our
        three babies are still so “wild” and playful so I’m pretty sure the tree does not
        need expensive Keepsake ornaments on it this year. It looks like it will be cheap,
        plastic ornaments. Of course, there will still be lights. (It will be tethered to the
        wall so it doesn’t fall over.)

        **edited to add, the tree is now up (I wanted it up at the first of November and I
          will be gone the next two weekends so….), and we’re liking the simpleness of it
          this year:)

        it’s the time of year where we can start thinking about Thanksgiving and
        Christmas, and even starting a fresh new year!!

    I'm belatedly catching up on my "What's Up Wednesday" reading. I hope you had a lot of fun at Universal Studios — I've never been and would love to go! Also, I LOVED The Rose Code and then fell down a rabbit hole reading about all things Bletchley Park 🙂
