It was a busy, yet productive weekend!
Friday
Friday was a long day. On top of trying to get last-minute things done for the Kingdom Run (some last-minute things were beyond my control), I also had to work late:/ It was hectic, but it all got done!
Saturday
Saturday morning was our 9th annual Kingdom Run benefitting a women’s transitional home. It is a lot of work, but so worth it! I believe this year was our biggest turnout.

Once we were finished with the run, we came home to get laundry and church work done. On the way, we stopped at a produce stand and got the absolute best home-grown tomato I think I have ever tasted.

I worked on getting the run results organized and continued with laundry. Once all work was done, it was time to shower and eat supper.

Sunday
Sunday was a wonderful and busy day. Sunday School was great! Worship was awesome! And, Children’s Church and the Word were amazing!

After church, several of us stayed and got everything together for the Fall Festival. It was supposed to be outside, but it was raining, so we moved it all inside. Thank the Lord for our new multipurpose building! Between the fellowship hall and the multipurpose building, we had no issues with activities. The only thing that we couldn’t do was the hayride 🙁

Happy rainy Monday!!
