It’s the last Friday of the month! Let’s see what my runfessions are for July.
I runfess… it’s hot, even at 5:30-6:00 in the mornings :/
I gymfess… that I have to make myself just go, no matter how much I don’t like running on the treadmill. I have at least one run a month starting the first weekend in September.
