3. Tips to make your living space cozy.

plenty of blankets, a fireplace, and pets in the lap (in my case, cats).

I live where it rarely snows so I have no suggestions HA! But if I did, I’d say, go skiing!

5. What are your exercise routines in the winter?

bundle up and head outside!

6. Best tips for restful sleep?

a warm cozy bed and comfy PJs.

7. Favorite warm beverage?

coffee, with peppermint mocha creamer.

plenty of lipgloss and body lotion.

No. I have had them before and loved them but with the way my vents and bed are arranged in my room, I get too hot now.

I find I use so much more chapstick/ lip gloss and lotion in the winter. We do live where it snows but after having broken my leg skiing, that is one activity I will not try again. πŸ™‚

We don’t get much snow here, either, so our wintertime outdoor activities are pretty much the same all year! I love pajamas but fleece pajamas are too hot for me!

    1. Rachel

Me too! I can wear the fleece during the day, usually, but not when I sleep. I get too hot and have to wear flannel (and sometimes I still get hot).

  3. Kym

I love the mugs in your photos and I agree with you and Elsa – the cold doesn’t bother me that much! All the same – stay warm and cozy!

For the most part, I do run as long and as far. For me, it is easier because I’m fine with the cold. It gets so hot and humid in the summer that it makes me sick so I am usually running at the gym on the treadmill and a long run on the treadmill isn’t fun. During the winter, even when it is super cold, I just wear gloves and layers and as I warm up, I remove the gloves and layers. I do have bands that cover my ears and sometimes that makes me feel just as warm as a jacket when I’m running. On mornings that are cold but not super cold, I can usually wear long sleeves and a vest. The vest keeps my core warm but seems to not be too warm as I heat up. …and going back to the moisturizing, I keep my lip gloss with me because cold air hitting my lips makes it so much worse.
