Happy Wednesday, friends! It’s time for Joyce‘s Wednesday Hodgepodge linkup. Let’s do this!! Here are this week’s questions with my answers in italics.

1. April 22nd is Earth Day…what’s the most ‘out of this world’ place on earth you’ve ever visited? Tell us something about it.
Iceland. I’ll let the pictures do the talking 🙂
2. A favorite quote, verse, or song lyric with the word earth in it?
He says, “Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth.”
– Psalm 46:10
3. What’s the most trivial thing about which you have a strong opinion?
I don’t know how trivial it is, but the toilet paper should roll over, not under.
4. What’s your most commonly used kitchen utensil or tool? What’s the last thing you made using that tool?
The espresso maker, or maybe the microwave. We make cappuccinos almost every day, and the microwave gets used, probably, every day.

5. Marilyn (Memphis Bridges) gave me a great book of 3000 questions, and I’m going to try to use one in our Hodgepodge every week. Here is today’s –
What is your greatest extravagance?
I would say travel is my greatest extravagance.
6. Insert your own random thought here.

Quite a few people today have strong feelings about the direction of the tp. I am pretty sure they all said over too : ) Thanks for sharing the song. It fits very well with our extravagant question. Have a great day!
Travel is my greatest extravagance too. And I loved Iceland! Also, the toilet paper should roll under 🙂 Just sayin’.
Iceland is near the top of my list of international destinations to visit! Travel seems like such a wonderful and worthwhile extravagance.
Enjoyed reading your answers today – hope you’re having a great week!
Oh wow! What stunning photos of Iceland!
Yes, I totally agree with you about the toilet roll!
