It was a good weekend!!
Friday
I picked up my race packet for Saturday’s 10K, did laundry, dusted, cleaned the mirrors, swept the “tree trash” off the deck, and vacuumed the floor and furniture. I also put out a few patriotic decorations for the next 3 months 🙂
Saturday
Saturday morning was race day! I was up early, fed the cats, got dressed in running gear, and headed downtown. It was a big day with a record number of participants!
After the run, I made a quick stop for graduation cards and gift cards, and then spent the rest of the day with coffee, doing the remaining laundry, getting things ready for church, and scheduling blog posts.
Sunday
Sunday morning was like most, except we also honored the high school graduates during the service. Of course, like always, Sunday School, worship and the Word was phenomenal.
After church, the 8 graduates stood by their tables for celebration and pictures:) (We had eight graduates, but these 4 girls are the ones I’m closest to.)
After church, my mom and I went to eat lunch, get groceries, and then were home the rest of the afternoon and evening to relax and prepare for the week.
