It was a slow, but good weekend!!
Friday
Friday, I didn’t do much. I have been fighting a cold most of the week, and since I am going out of town on Sunday, I was just lying low. I did have to run a couple of errands, but I did that and came back home.
Saturday
Saturday morning, I was signed up for a color run. I don’t like the powder getting on me, but I did sign up to help support the cause. The plan was to run at home (complete it virtually), but since I have been sick, I just slept until I was ready to get up (or until the alarm went off to remind me to take my medicine LOL). After I got up, I fed the cats, changed the sheets on the bed, made my coffee, and read while enjoying that cup of coffee.
The day was spent resting, doing laundry, and just enjoying being at home. I was actually feeling better, so that helped!
Sunday
Sunday? I flew to Orlando with friends! We planned a trip to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and Epic Universe. We arrived a little after lunchtime, got settled into our room, and headed out to Disney Springs for some shopping and dinner. We crashed hard when we got back to the room that night.
