It’s the last Wednesday of the month, it’s time to link up with Shaeffer & Shay for What’s Up Wednesday!

What I’m Eating
(…and drinking) Chocolate tea from the Ritz London, Chick-fil-A Mac & cheese with bacon, birria taco on a tortilla, Sparkling Ice (y’all, I’m on a kick right now…maybe it’s this Southern heat and humidity…), and petit fours. I do eat other things, but these were exceptional enough to warrant a picture 😉

What I’m Reminiscing About
Bar Harbor, ME, but particularly, Maine Lobster rolls and blueberry soda. A Facebook friend was planning a trip to Maine and had recently been asking for food and activity recommendations. Now both are still on my mind.

What I’m Loving
Wednesday night Children’s Church Summer themes. This particular night’s theme was road trip and incorporated McDonald’s Happy Meals. This is what 35 Happy Meals look like:

Flowers around town, in our backyard, and at Chick-fil-A.

What I’ve Been Up To
Figuring out and scheduling tours for our free afternoons in Italy; VBS pre-prep.
What I’m Dreading
There are still more months of Southern heat & humidity. This past week was ROUGH!
What I’m Working On
Vacation Bible School prep.

Vacation tour planning.
What I’m Excited About
The beach is 51 days away, and Italy is 129 days away 🙂
What I’m Watching/Reading
watching:
We started watching “NCIS” when it first aired, but then life became too busy to keep up with it. Now, it is on one of our streaming services, so we are starting from the beginning again 🙂

What I’m Looking Forward to Next Month
It’s one more month closer to our beach vacation and Italian vacation 🙂
