It was a nice weekend!
Friday
It was another Friday night of high school football!
Saturday
I finally got to run outside on a Saturday morning – no rain, no headache, no appointments! It was great to be outside and running again 🙂
After my 2.5-mile run, it was time for breakfast and kitty cuddles…and TV.
The rest of the day was spent finishing laundry, doing church work, getting some blog posts done, and relaxing.
Sunday
I don’t even have to say it anymore – church was awesome! – Next Step classes, Sunday School classes, worship, and the Word…all of it!
After church, we had our monthly “Lunch with the Pastor” for those who have completed all Next Step classes. I believe this was our biggest one yet! After that, I came home and spent the rest of the evening relaxing and mentally preparing for the week ahead.
