Weekend Update [12.8.25]

It was a nice, festive weekend! It was full of Christmas festivities!

Friday

Friday wasn’t too busy. We did have to drive to the clinic about 20 minutes away to pick up our shots, but other than that, it was spent at home, doing laundry, and planning out the next two days.

Saturday

Saturday morning, I had planned to meet a friend to run, but unfortunately, I woke up with a headache :/ ’tis the season, I guess, but of all days! So, I spent the day finishing laundry, figuring out what I was going to wear on Sunday, and then got dressed and headed to the Christmas parade!

It felt more like a Christmas parade this year because it was actually cold!!

Sunday

Sunday morning was the beginning of a busy, but festive day! Of course, there was a Starbucks stop on the way to church. Sunday School was great, worship was awesome, and the Word was great!

We did have to leave a little bit before church was over because we needed time to eat lunch before…

…the local Symphony’s Christmas concert! My mom and I go every year, but we were able to share it with 3 friends this year! We all enjoyed it!

After a quick trip home (we don’t live far from the coliseum) to feed the cats and for me to change, we headed back to the church for our Ladies Christmas.
