It was a nice, slow-paced weekend! This will probably not be interesting at all, but it is how the weekend went. Maybe more to report next time 🙂
Friday
I worked on the decluttering and purging of my bedroom closet.
Saturday
We had a 7 am meeting at church, so we were up early, dressed, Starbucks order in, stopped at McDonald’s, and then a stop at Starbucks for my coffee and 3 others for pick up 😉 It is our quarterly leadership meeting, and this was the first one of 2026. It lasted about an hour and a half, and then my mom and I were there a little while longer to get our church shirts labeled (we had previously organized and inventoried them.
After that, we came home, I worked on the laundry, got a few things done for church, and continued working on cleaning out my closet. Then, it was the nightly routine of getting ready for church the next morning.
Sunday
Sunday was more of a normal morning, meaning I had no meetings. Of course, there was a Starbucks stop on the way. Sunday School was great, worship was awesome, and Children’s Church and the message from the Pastor were both amazing! I love Sundays at church!
After church, my mom and I went to eat at one of our local buffet restaurants, and then spent the rest of the day at home, relaxing and getting ready for the week.
