This is the memoir of 11-year-old Norman Ollestad. It details the harrowing tale of his surviving a plane crash in the mountains, in a blizzard. It is a short book, but in that short time, it is filled with so much detail and is so well written that I felt I was on the mountain with him. If you are looking for a short but great read, I highly recommend this book!
