Today, I am going to look at my wellness routine. Do I have this perfected? Not at all. Could it use some improvement? DEFINITELY! But this is what I try to do regularly to maintain my health and wellness.


I read my daily scriptures. What better way to start any day than with God’s Word?


Get outside. I don’t know what it is, maybe the fresh air, that makes me feel good, but being outside




I read. I enjoy just sitting and relaxing, reading a book.


I try to work out. This mostly includes running and walking, but I try to get strength training in at the gym when I can.


I sleep. I always shoot for 8 hours, but sometimes #3 interferes HA!


I try to eat healthy.


I cut out the noise, the digital noise. It is very hard to do sometimes, but I am trying to do better with this!
