Happy Wednesday, friends! It’s time for Joyce‘s Wednesday Hodgepodge linkup. Let’s do this!! Here are this week’s questions with my answers in italics.

1. Do you think you’re driven more by curiosity or comfort? Explain.
I would say I am driven more by comfort, but there is a little bit of curiosity sometimes. I like to be comfortable, but sometimes I will step out of that comfort zone because I am curious.
2. What non-food item is in your refrigerator or freezer?
Medicine.
3. Are you comfortable with silence? If you’re home alone, do you like silence or do you need regular background noise? Do you seek out times and places to be silent? What’s your favorite place to find silence/be silent?
Most of the time, I am perfectly fine with silence.
If I am home alone, I usually need background noise, but it really depends on my mood. I am sometimes fine with the silence.
I would say that I do seek out places and times to be silent. Blame it on the introvert in me. Sometimes, I need it because my social meter has gone off the scale.
My favorite place to be silent as at home, in my room, usually with a book and a cat, or three 🙂
4. Carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscaping…which skill would you most like to possess, and how would you put that skill to use today?
Uh, I guess I would like to possess the skill of plumbing. I am done a little of all four listed, but less plumbing. I would figure out why one of our sinks doesn’t drain good (we suspect old pipes), and would get that fixed!
5. Do you lean more towards being too needy or too independent? Which do you find harder to deal with in others?
I lean more towards being too independent. Call it perfection. Most people can’t do it right LOL
I find it harder to deal with others being too needy.

6. Insert your own random thought here.
Not a random thought but something random that happened – this kitten rode under my vehicle to work with me on Tuesday. I had to slide halfway up under my vehicle to get it, but I did…and then I drove it back home (it is the neighbor’s). I’m glad it survived!

There’s probably a study to be done on bloggers and their perfectionist capability tendencies : ) A common theme today. I’m glad the kitty survived his adventure!
