It was revival weekend!
Friday
Friday was spent working in my room, figuring out what clothes to wear (and…we were doing both summer and winter within 2 days), doing some blog and church work, taking my friend to pick up her vehicle from the shop, and then getting ready for our first revival service.
It was a wonderful night of praise and worship, and an amazing word from a visiting preacher, who is also a longtime friend of the church.
Saturday
Saturday morning, I tried three times to get outside and run, but it was raining every time:/ so, after the last attempt, I just decided to go ahead and get my day started. I worked on church stuff some more, did a little in my room, and just enjoyed the day at home…
…before getting ready for another night of revival! It was another great night of worship and a wonderful word from another visiting preacher and longtime friend of the church.
Sunday
Our Sunday morning was like usual, but it was also the last service of the revival. Again, it was another time of great praise and worship, and another wonderful message.
After church, my mom and I stopped for lunch, and then the rest of the afternoon and evening was spent napping, relaxing, and preparing for the week.
It was a great revival weekend!! Happy Monday!!
