Today, I am going to look at things I’ve said “no” to recently. I clearly need to say “no” to more things. These three are the only things I could think of.

Sweets
…or most of the time. I don’t need them. They aren’t healthy, so I try my best to say “no”.
Being Around People That Bring Me Down
If they are negative or if I know they will bring me down in some way or another, I will say “no.” I don’t have time to be anything but positive!

Reading More Than One Book at a Time
Sometimes, I’m lucky if I can find the time to read one, so I’m trying not to read more than one. I don’t remember what I’m reading as much, if I am reading more than one at a time…if that makes sense.
